Boot Barn associates needed a clean user friendly way to quickly process BOPIS or Buy Online Pick Up in-store and BORIS Buy Online Return in-store orders. We worked to create a custom portal to assist associates with these providing a foundation for expanding digital elements in store. The finished complete portal is used by associates in various store locations.
A complete wireframe was created for both BORIS ( Buy Online Return In-store) and BOPIS (Buy Online Pick-up In-store) user flows for Boot Barn. A focus was put on a clean user friendly interface making sure the portal would be easily adopted by associates. Styling was kept simple and clear using the branded Boot Barn red to draw the user to call to action points. The finished complete portal is used by associates in various store locations.
