As the first company to ever develop an Apple Watch app for retail, we designed this Endless Aisle app to give True Religion associates the ability to provide customers with the most personalized shopping experience yet. This 'Endless Aisle' Apple Watch app allowed associates to receive real-time customer insight notifications the moment someone stepped into the store and access information on past and recent purchases as well as their sizes. Additionally, the app allowed associates to scan a full in-store inventory of True Religion products and refine them by gender, size, fit, and color. They can also 'throw' items onto a digital screen in-store to show customers products at a larger scale. Additionally, purchases can be made directly from the barcode shown on screen.

We took consumer personalization a step further by providing the first-ever Apple Watch app for retail. Once a customer with the True Religion Mobile app crosses the storefront lease line, their phone is recognized by an in-store beacon. The beacon signals the company’s client database, which then sends the information directly to the associate’s wrist.

Associates are then able to see the customer’s name, sizes, recent and lifetime sales totals as well as a visual display of their closet. With this, the store associate can have the ability to tailor recommendations and display suggested products to the ‘Throw’ screen for purchase.
